Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide, operate, and support our services. This may include:

• Order and account information, such as the product or offer selected, purchase date, amount paid, subscription status, transaction identifiers, billing schedule, consent records, refund history, and cancellation history.
• Property and service information, such as property labels or type and the exterior property photo that you choose to submit.
• Household information that you choose to provide, such as first names of household members, whether a listed member is an adult, child, or pet, and pet type.
• Communications, including questions, support requests, feedback, refund requests, and cancellation requests.
• Technical and usage information, such as device, browser, IP address, log, security, and website-performance information that may be collected automatically when you use our website.
• Marketing-preference information, including whether you opt in to promotional emails and your unsubscribe preferences.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or other highly sensitive information. Firefly does not need that information to provide its current services.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, administer, and support Firefly services.
• Process purchases, payments, refunds, recurring subscriptions, cancellations, and other transactions.
• Send service, account, billing, activation, security, legal, and customer-support communications.
• Send promotional emails when you opt in or when otherwise permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
• Protect the security and integrity of our website, systems, accounts, and customers.
• Detect, investigate, and help prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, and other security incidents.
• Maintain records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
• Understand and improve our operations, services, and customer experience.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us process payments, host and operate our website, store submitted information, provide database, cloud-storage, security, communications, customer-support, accounting, and technical services, or otherwise operate our business. These providers may access or process information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, government authorities, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property. We do not publish the property photos or household information you submit. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use or disclose submitted property photos, household names, pet information, intake tokens, or other private service information for targeted advertising.

Children and Household Information

Firefly services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly offer accounts or services directly to children, and we do not knowingly ask children to interact with the website or submit personal information.

A purchasing adult may choose to provide limited household information, including a child’s first name, as part of service intake. If you provide information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information for the service purpose described to you.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and support services, administer subscriptions, process payments and refunds, maintain business and transaction records, protect against fraud and security incidents, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.

We take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify submitted property photos, household information, and incomplete intake information when they are no longer reasonably needed for these purposes. We may retain limited information for longer periods where necessary for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, unclaimed-property, or other lawful business purposes.

An unactivated purchase may remain eligible for activation under our Terms, but we may delete or de-identify incomplete intake information that is no longer reasonably needed. If you later activate an unactivated purchase, we may ask you to submit new intake information.

You may request deletion of certain information by contacting hello@fireflywellness.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Your Choices

You may manage optional email preferences through any Manage Email Preferences link provided in our optional emails or by contacting us at hello@fireflywellness.com. Turning off optional emails does not stop service, account, billing, activation, security, legal, or other messages we need to send.

You may access or correct certain information using customer account tools we make available or by contacting hello@fireflywellness.com. When available, those tools may let you update your home photo or household information. We may verify your identity before processing a change, and some changes may take time to become active. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Advertising, Analytics, and Cookies

With your permission, Firefly may use limited advertising measurement on our public website and checkout to understand which ads lead to visits and purchases. We do not use your home photos, household information, or other private service information for advertising. You can change your choice through Privacy Choices / Cookie Settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
